TwentyThree, LLC is a digital communications studio led by Alicia Underwood. With over a decade of social media experience in content creation, influencer marketing, and digital paid ads, Alicia brings a high-touch approach to her clients.
Over the last 15 years, Alicia has helped connect the world with nearly a hundred brands in the B2C world. A few of her notable achievements are strategizing and running Jim McKelvey's social media channels and promoting his book which resulted in $600k sales, served as an influencer program manager for NYFW'16 for Fauxgerty, ran a social media program for the directors of United Soybean Board and launched Dierbergs' influencer marketing program.
As an ardent supporter of her community in St. Louis, Alicia served as President of Lafayette Square Business Association in 2016. During her term, she furthered local economic activity by securing a well-known regional festival, the Strangefolk festival. In addition, she introduced the Lafayette Business Passport to increase its footprint in the neighborhood. She also teaches at MDMC, the largest digital conference in the Midwest.
Alicia has a Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication from the Missouri School of Journalism. In addition, she has two minors in Psychology and Business. She lives in Webster Groves, MO with her husband, two boys, and two kitties.
